#followfriday (or #ff) is a tradition started by Micah Baldwin (according to Mashable), whereby you name Twitter user your followers should know about. It is important to provide information about the name user, to help others decide whether to follow them. Hence, in addition to naming interesting users on Twitter, I provide a bit of background information on them in here. Enjoy!
With only 2 more sleeps until Christmas, I am recommending that you follow @ejtennant. She is the brain behind #virtualsecretsanta:
Having just finished her dissertation about Twitter, she writes about local services and events, annoying neighbours and so on. Her posts are witty and entertaining. She also has a knack for spotting great stuff in charity shops – remember the pie maker featured on the Junior Apprentice? She found one at local charity shop! What are the odds?!
@ejtennant is now pondering whether to start blogging. I, for one, am looking forward to reading her musings without the 140 characters limit.
