Great overview, Ana. And I like how you really go into detail for each channel. Didn’t completely watch the video, tbh, a bit on the long side. It could be worth considering breaking it up and publishing it as a series? Anyway, it’s a great idea, and very helpful.

Good idea regarding breaking it up – maybe I could do one short video for each cell of the framework (identity, presence, etc.)!
