This morning my (former) PhD student, Faten Jaber, graduated – Dr Faten Jaber, actually. What a talented and incredibly driven young woman. I am so proud of her.
Dr Jaber investigated the factors that affect successful adoption of Customer Relationship Management systems across different industries. The quality of her work was recognised at the Academy of Marketing’s conference last July, when she received a best paper award (as she could not travel to the UK on that occasion, I collected the award on her behalf).
PS – If you would like to study for a PhD with me, these are the topics that I am currently supervising. The deadline for January entry is 18th October 2013.
